We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site. If you wish, you may also send us a cheque, but this will delay your order as we must wait for your funds to clear before we ship any merchandise. Alternatively, account holders who are placing orders above £100 may use their account facility.

Return / Refund Policy

Please notify us in writing within 5 working days of receipt should goods be found to be faulty or not as ordered. We will readily collect, exchange or replace such merchandise with no further delivery charge. All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing and be ready for collection.

Delivery Information

Delivery charges are notified just prior to final completion of your order and are dependant on weight. Most items are usually in stock and will be with you within 3 working days.

Prices

Goods are charged at the prices shown on the product pages at the date the customer places the order and are exclusive of VAT. Prices are correct at time of publication, errors and omissions excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices or, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.
